BEING REALISTIC AND KEEPING IT REAL

BEING REALISTIC AND KEEPING IT  SIMPLE
In my first years of entrepreneurship I struggled a lot in making anything out of my dreams .I always would see my self as great CEO, riding big cars and with many employees at my service, I really enjoyed that kind of feeling and am sure every one would do the same. I openly talked about my great ideas and how intend to do this and that. Days went and months bringing more and more ideas that I wasn’t exploiting. To me every idea was worth trying.
THE BUSINESS MENTOR FACTOR:
It was when I discovered the power of a business mentor when every thing changed. I met an experienced retired Managing director of coca- cola company, who taught me  how to be moderate and keeping it real.
BEGIN SIMPLE:
Ass the saying goes, that a thousand miles are began with one step, its important to begin with the simple ideas, them that are workable, I would call them the low lying fruits. The best time to think on entrepreneurship is not when you have got millions of money in your bank account. The best time to think and plan, strategize and position your self is when you are operating in small moneys. Its good to begin simple and package your idea thoroughly well .
INCUBATION PERIOD
Take time to incubate your idea, don’t rush to telling people, because they may discourage you or worse still it. Do enough research on what you really want to do and get facts and figures in your figure tips. Make sure you are very detailed on timing, ROI and the place of executing your idea. Plan like you are going to run a multi-million organization even though you know you are beginning small.
STAY FOCUSED
A lot of entrepreneurs fail when lose focus, a lot of more new ideas seem to come and some time they look more beautiful that what you already have. Discipline yourself and stay focused on one idea, once its fully grown, you can venture in to the other ideas.
Story of the day:
Once upon a time, there was a hunter who went hunting in the forest, he had left his family very hungry, and it was a catch or die situation. after the whole day without success, and when he was just about to give up, he saw a bird up on a tree, unfortunately he was remaining with only one arrow, so he started aiming at the bird, but before he shot it, he heard a rattling of a snake near his legs, he decided to shoot the snake otherwise it would bite him and die. Before shooting the snake a voice told him, FOCUS,AIM HIGHER AND CONCENTRATE. H decided to go on and shoot the bird, and just before shooting the bird, and antelope passed by, again he told himself, the antelope is better so I will kill it first. Before shooting the antelope, the voice told him again, FOCUS, AIM HIGHER AND CONCENTRATE. He went a head to aim higher at the bird focused on it and he put all his concentration there, he finally shot the bird, the arrow hit the tree and came back and shot the antelope, the antelope ran because of pain and trampled on the snake and the snake died.
